Volunteers needing help, guidance, information & training on how to's at
the Resource Center drop by for a refresher. New members interested in learning
more about computers? Volunteering is a great way to learn more by helping
others. You don't have to know a lot, just have an earnest interest in learning
and helping. Drop on by.

PCs Just The Basics - Pete Everett
This new Special Interest Group will offer basic information for relatively inexperienced users.
Typical topics: Desktop, Files, Folders, Documents - creating and saving, moving, sorting.
Finding and opening programs. Searching – for “lost files”, Google information, help sections,
control panel. Using Task Manager to avoid hang-ups. Security.
HHICC Website information. . . . and more.
This pilot program will seek your input about these and future topics.

Drop by with your questions, solutions, problems and answers to discuss
with other members. No matter what you don't know about what you don't know
about computers, bring it on. We start at 4:00 and go till we run out of
topics. We focus on Windows, but MAC users are welcome also.

Mac Beginners SIG - Jim Harty
Questions and Answers, and Some Quick Tips. Discussion about topics that need to be covered.

Macintosh SIG

We're there for all Macintosh users, from the beginner, to those in the
middle, to the advanced. Most topics deal with OS 9 vs OS10, as well
as browser and mail problems. Our motto: "There are NO stupid questions!"
